A practical pack workflow

  1. Choose a buyer and occasion. A printable for a family gathering needs different vocabulary and difficulty from an adult puzzle bundle. Set that brief before adding more puzzles.
  2. Customize the starter. Change the title, word lists and puzzle settings. The default is US Letter; choose A4 in the Studio when preparing a second size.
  3. Check the PDF. Print a puzzle and its answer key at actual size. Review spelling, clipping, readability and the match between numbered puzzles and solutions.
  4. Package the files. Give each PDF a clear size-specific filename and explain exactly what the buyer receives. Your listing images should show your actual finished pages.

Etsy's digital-file limits

Etsy allows up to five files per digital listing, each up to 20 MB. Digital listings do not support variations. If offering both US Letter and A4, include clearly named files or an explained ZIP package, rather than promising a size dropdown. Check your exported file sizes before uploading. What the licence covers

The paid licence permits commercial use of the puzzles you create, subject to the licence terms. You remain responsible for rights to any words, images or branding you add and for meeting Etsy's seller requirements. Etsy says digital items must be made or designed by the seller. A software licence does not guarantee listing acceptance or sales.

Is this a design tool or a marketplace research tool?
