From draft to your own proof

1. Open the draft. The button above opens 50 themed word searches directly in the Studio.
2. Make it yours. Set your title and author, then edit or replace puzzles for your intended reader. Preview puzzle pages and solutions.
3. Export and inspect. Choose Export PDF. The free interior carries a watermark; use it to check spacing, word lists and answer keys before deciding whether to buy.
4. Prepare the publishing files. With a paid licence, export the clean interior and design a matching cover. Check both in KDP's Print Previewer and order a printed proof before release.

Opens the CSV importer in a new blank book. Try the built-in three-puzzle example or choose your own file; existing books are kept.

Have vocabulary for several chapters, lessons or themes? Import up to 100 word-search puzzles in one CSV instead of entering each puzzle separately. Each row has a title and 2–30 words. Your file is processed in your browser.

1. Download the three-puzzle example CSV. Keep the title,words header and separate the words in each row with |.
2. Open a book in Studio, choose Add puzzles → Word Search → Import CSV, then upload your file or paste its contents.
3. Review the titles and word counts. Choose grid size and difficulty. Fix any reported errors, then select Check and add.
4. Preview your pages and export the watermarked proof. Check vocabulary, layout and answers before buying a clean export.

Use A–Z letters in words; spaces, apostrophes and hyphens are omitted from the grid. Repeated words within each list appear once. Every word must fit before the batch is added; if any puzzle fails, the import adds nothing. Importing appends puzzles to the selected section and does not replace existing work.

This is useful for a themed KDP book, an Etsy activity pack or a set of classroom worksheets. You choose the content and check its suitability; importing does not make repeated lists exclusive.

• Generate the cover after the interior page count is final.
• Review the files in Amazon's Print Previewer and inspect a printed proof.
• Calculate royalties for your list price, marketplace and printing options.
